Our Mission: Butte County Health Care Coalition is a 501(c)(4) organization committed to passing a single-payer financing system. We advocate for the passage of the California Universal Healthcare Act, which will create a publicly financed and privately delivered healthcare system. This will provide guaranteed, affordable, and comprehensive health care to all Californians.
